Deep inside Nuuk Fjord, you can experience spectacular glamping in large tents with comfortable beds and your very own terrace, where you can enjoy the stunning view over the fjord with a cup of freshly brewed coffee. The area offers a variety of activities, from hiking in the idyllic Greenlandic nature to paddleboard or kayak among icebergs in the fjord. Paddleboards and kayaks will be available for rent, and you can also purchase a fishing trip during your stay. If you prefer hiking, we offer trail maps and safety equipment that you can borrow. The guides have great knowledge of the hiking opportunities in the area and can provide you with tips on the most breathtaking viewpoints.
The journey to the camp begins with an ice fjord boat trip, passing the abandoned settlement of Qoornoq, with plenty of opportunities to see wildlife along the way. All meals are included during your stay at Camp Kangiusaq. Dinner is prepared with local ingredients and can be enjoyed in the camp's large dining tent, where breakfast is also served.
Each morning, you can join a free guided hike to enjoy the beautiful landscape, offering spectacular views that truly will help you escape from the busy everyday life. There will also be an option to pack a lunch to bring along on hikes in the area.
